The
launch of the UK edition of Superbrands met with stunning success.
It became apparent that the book had more potential than was
realised. It could be a superb reference book for journalists,
an outstanding teacher to management students and marketing professionals
and an exceptional source of information for consumers who want
to know more about brands they had often used.
In 1995 Superbrands found its way into Australia. The first edition
of the Australian book was released in 1996. It featured 65 brands.
Today, Superbrands has grown into a truly multinational project
operating in 82 countries across the Americas, Europe, Australia,
Africa and Asia.
